Customer Care Department, deposit and transfer services: The department meets customers’ needs and expectations by providing high-quality services. Our customer care staff are ready to follow up with investors’ requests and respond to their inquiries, in addition to other administrative duties.
Research and Business Development Department: The department conducts studies and research on local, regional and global markets and companies, it issues daily, weekly, monthly, and annual trading reports, in addition to performing comparative sector analysis, brief financial reports, investment portfolios recommendations to investors, and planning and conducting studies related to financial operations, aiming to measure their results and means of development.
Trading Department: The Department provides investors with financial intermediation services, while keeping pace with their needs and putting them first, to understand their personalized interests in specific investment sectors and what risks and returns to expect, in addition to professionally executing investors’ direct and indirect orders using the best and latest technologies.
Compliance Department: The department adopts a risk-management policy that’s regularly updated to specify, analyze and monitor risks, aiming to regulate ceilings set by the Risk Management Division. The company also reviews its risk management policies and systems regularly to reflect any updates or events in the market, in compliance with the best practices in the sector.
Finance department: a key department in the company, it manages available assets, efficiently utilizing them in compliance with policies and regulations issued by the designated authorities, using advanced accounting software solutions. The finance department also provides decision-makers with various financial reports. It is also responsible for ensuring all financial procedures in the company are by the book.
Administrative Department: it is the focal point for all staff members, it provides them with administrative support, responds to their inquiries, and offers business solutions. It also manages office inventory, prepares reports on budget and spending, organizes registries, follows up with the workflow, and participates in setting the company’s goals.
